The shares of Equens SE are being held by the former Interpay and Transaktionsinstitut shareholders: i.e. DZ BANK, ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank Nederland, Fortis, SNS Bank, Van Lanschot Bank, Friesland Bank, Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten and KBC Group.
