We proudly present Equens' first Annual report 2006. We chose 'Pursuing mutual benefits' as theme for our Annual Report, reflecting our aim to make the most of a promising future, together with our clients. Our Annual report provides insight into our financial position and contains a pro-forma consolidated Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
As the first pan-European full-service payment processor, Equens is well prepared for the realisation of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). Considering the performance achieved in 2006 in both Germany and the Netherlands, we are confident that we will be successful in realising our international ambitions. Our Annual Report 2006 provides insight into our business developments, the way we pursue further growth and the way we aim to provide our clients with maximum value at minimum costs.
