On 4 June 2008 Mr. E. Dralans has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Equens Supervisory Board. He succeeds Mr. D. Voigtländer who recently left DZ Bank and consequently also resigned from the Equens Supervisory Board. DZ Bank has nominated Mr. J. Riecke as a new member in the Supervisory Board. He will be formally appointed by the shareholders of Equens shortly. Also Dr. U. Brixner has left the Supervisory Board. He is succeeded by Mr. G. Roth who has been appointed by the shareholders on 15 May.
