Michael Steinbach appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors

On 1 May 2007, Ben Haasdijk (1943) will step down as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Equens. His successor will be Michael Steinbach, currently Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Supervisory Board has nominated Mr Jan Sonneveld for membership of the Board of Directors of Equens as from 1 May 2007. Mr Sonneveld is currently General Manager Risk Mangement.
