Acquisition of montrada GmbH finalised

Equens SE announced on 7 September 2010 that it will acquire all shares in montrada GmbH, a German card acquiring and network service providing company.

The transaction has been finalised on 13 October 2010. montrada GmbH now is a wholly owned subsidiary of Equens.
