KIR S.A. and Equens SE will start exchanging SEPA payments

KIR, Poland's national clearing house and Equens have signed an agreement for the exchange of SEPA Credit Transfers (SCT) based on the EACHA interoperability standards. The exchange will be operational as of 22 November 2010.
Equens is pleased to establish this interoperability with KIR S.A., as we constantly aim to improve the services we provide to our clients. The connection to KIR's CSM community is an important step for us in achieving full reach in Poland. Besides this link Equens offers its clients links with DIAS (Greece), Iberpay (Spain), ICBPI/Banca d'Italia (Italy), OeNB (Austria), SECB (Switzerland) and VocaLink (United Kingdom).
