Equens aims to optimise the yield on systems and buildings by introducing effective operational management.
On 1 February 2007, Equens officially appointed WorkSphere BV to carry out maintenance on all the buildings of Equens Nederland B.V. (previously Interpay). The five-year maintenance and management contract includes all activities related to building management service, the maintenance of all systems and buildings, and the execution of relocations and spatial management.
