Equens can process and settle incoming and outgoing payments, Incasso (direct debits in the Netherlands) and Acceptgiro (giro collection forms in the Netherlands). Thanks to the large annual volumes processed, e.g. more than 1 billion direct debits, you reap the benefits of attractive economies of scale. And to manage and reduce your risk, we check debit transfers against customer limits and request confirmation for suspect items.
In addition to transaction processing and settlement, we also provide a switching service that supports the activities involved in customers switching to another bank. Moreover, business customers can submit large batches of payments directly to Equens.
For your added convenience, we also provide an extensive information service for queries concerning Bank Identifier Codes (BICs) and International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs), an information service for account number details, an answer service for customer enquiries, and copies of the full range of transaction documents.
